The difference between White and Brown Eggs
Why are some eggs white and others brown?! There isn't much difference, and most of it is marketers playing their games, which Brown eggs are "better" and therefore cost more. The colour difference is down to the colour of the chicken that lays the egg. The quality of the egg is mainly dependent on how the hen is raised and the diet it has, so regardless of "race" the eggs come out the same.
